For attendees
How do attendees pay?
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets through Cashfree checkout.
Do attendees need an app?
No. Their QR ticket arrives by email and WhatsApp, and stays available on their My tickets page.
How do WhatsApp messages work?
Confirmations and reminders send automatically. You can customize the message from your dashboard.
What about refunds and cancellations?
You set the refund policy for each event. Attendees can read it before checkout.
Ticket not received?
- Check the email address used at checkout and your spam folder.
- Sign in to the same account and open My plans.
- Open the booking to resend the ticket or download it.
