Attend an event
Raunak keeps discovery, booking and admission tickets connected to your account. Browse without signing in; sign in when you want to save an event or book tickets.
Discover a plan#
Open Discover and search for an event, venue or organizer. Filters support cities, online events, optional nearby discovery, categories, date shortcuts, a custom date range, free or paid tickets, price bounds and event formats. Sort by soonest, newest or price.
Filters are reflected in the URL, so a discovery view can be refreshed or shared. Nearby discovery asks for location permission. Manual city selection remains available if permission or geocoding is unavailable.
No matching results does not necessarily mean the whole marketplace is empty. Clear active filters or widen the date, city or price selection. The application distinguishes a new marketplace with no public events from a filtered search with no matches.
Check the event details#
Review the schedule and timezone, venue or online format, ticket prices, organizer and refund policy before booking. Public artwork, gallery photos, lineup details and attached documents help explain what the event includes.
Save an event to find it later in Saved. Share the public event link through WhatsApp, copy it, or use native sharing where your device supports it. Calendar actions use the event's real schedule and include Google Calendar, Outlook and an ICS download when dates are valid.
Book your tickets#
- Choose a visible ticket type and allowed quantity while its sale window is open.
- Sign in using the account you want to keep the booking under.
- Enter your name and Indian mobile number. WhatsApp updates are optional and require consent.
- For a free booking, complete confirmation directly. For a paid booking, use the configured Cashfree checkout.
- Open the booking status page and wait for confirmed payment before relying on the ticket.
Paid checkout temporarily holds inventory. A successful browser redirect alone is not proof of payment: the server verifies Cashfree payment information before confirming tickets. Failed or expired holds are released by the application/worker flow.
Open your wallet#
Use My tickets or My plans to see bookings owned by your signed-in account. The wallet separates upcoming, past, cancelled and refunded states, with search and available ticket actions. A booking can contain multiple individual admission tickets.
Open the individual ticket for its QR, holder, ticket type, event information and current admission status. Download the PDF once it is ready. You can also open directions, view the event or add its schedule to your calendar.
Keep admission QR links private. They are entry credentials and should not be used as public event-share links. At the venue, show the QR clearly at a comfortable screen brightness.
If a ticket is missing#
Sign in with the same email/password or Google account used during checkout. Use Find a booking for account guidance, then contact support if needed. If payment is still confirming, allow the booking status to update rather than repeating a charge.
Email and WhatsApp delivery depend on the configured providers, consent, templates and worker. A message marked sent by a provider does not guarantee inbox placement or that a person read it. The authenticated wallet is the place to check your booking.
After the event#
Eligible account owners can leave one editable review after a public event ends. The server checks the booking and ticket eligibility before saving. A rating may include an optional note and practical tips such as whether the event was good for first-timers or easy to reach. These tips are attendee opinions, not independently verified venue facts.
